These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PKX77 platform, available at pkx77.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "Service"). PKX77 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform operated for users including those based in Pakistan.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature or service offered through PKX77, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "PKX77" refers to the website accessible at pkx77.cam and all associated services, features and content.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award or incentive offered by PKX77 to Users, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to the act of staking real money on a game or sporting event through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to validate an Account.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a User's Account, expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or such other currency as the Platform supports.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform is unlawful.
• "Operator" means the entity operating the PKX77 Platform.
• "Content" refers to all text, graphics, images, software, data, odds feeds and other material available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on PKX77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and applicable local law, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
• You must not be a person who has been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity or organisation unless expressly authorised.
• You must provide accurate, current and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

PKX77 does not permit multiple accounts per person. Each User may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or evade a suspension is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

When registering an Account, you are required to submit accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. This information is used for account management, KYC verification and communication purposes.

PKX77 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point during your use of the Platform. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid international passport.
• Proof of address where required, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness verification check to confirm the identity of the document holder.
• Payment method verification where deposits have been made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or any other method.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed to the satisfaction of the Operator.

By using the PKX77 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• You will not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, RNG vulnerabilities or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• You acknowledge that all gambling involves financial risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results.
• You accept that the Platform's random number generators (RNG) produce outcomes that are mathematically random and that no strategy guarantees a positive return.
• You will not engage in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other activity that the Operator reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• You will keep your Account login credentials secure and confidential and immediately notify PKX77 of any unauthorised access to your Account.

The Operator reserves the right to void bets, withhold bonuses or suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above terms have been violated.

PKX77 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referral bonuses and VIP-tier incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms that govern each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Turnover multiples will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are generally limited to one per person, household or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Check individual promotion terms.
• PKX77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus terms already accepted by Users.
• Any amounts stated as illustrative (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") represent maximum potential values and are not guaranteed unless eligibility conditions are met.

PKX77 supports deposits and withdrawals through payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods may include those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah transfers, subject to availability and the Operator's current cashier configuration.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are defined in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• Processing times for withdrawals will vary by payment method. Estimated times are displayed in the cashier and are indicative only — PKX77 does not guarantee specific processing windows.
• PKX77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal, in line with AML obligations.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where technically possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKX77 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC or ongoing account use.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum required age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems or games.
• Using VPNs, proxies or location-masking tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or misrepresent your actual location.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical error, odds-feed delay or system fault for financial gain.

All content on the PKX77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, odds data, software, source code, audio and visual materials — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices on the Platform.

PKX77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within specified timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against PKX77 by the User.
• Requests from regulatory bodies, law enforcement or financial institutions.
• Discovery that the User is located in a Prohibited Territory.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be reviewed. Where no fraud or Terms violation is established, eligible balances will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that do not meet withdrawal eligibility criteria.

Users wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and are subject to the conditions outlined in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKX77 and its Operator, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption, delay or error in Platform services caused by circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that is later found to contain errors.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

PKX77 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, among other applicable regulations. The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to interpretation and may vary by activity type, platform location and applicable provincial or federal law. This is not legal advice. Users in Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere — are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its relevant licence(s). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

PKX77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where required, Users may be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

We encourage Users to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The version history shown at the top of this page (Version number and Effective Date) may be used as a reference.
